Positive change is possible in every community, and community events can promote it. From small-town chili cook-offs to massive national parades, community event ideas come in all shapes and sizes. The goal of advocacy is to express your views and standing up for your rights.  Members of the Alliance for Bloomfield's Children work together to ensure that families impacted by community issues, are heard, included and involved at every level of the decision making process.  ABC also offers opportunities for local residents to become trained as community advocates.
